One of the success trademarks of a highly effective business owner is planning well ahead and anticipating the next steps.
With fall coming right up, I aspire for you to be planning your marketing strategies, revenues and lead generating activities now, not waiting till Sept. I learned early on from my mentors to always anticipate and plan well ahead as part of your high pay-off activities.
For example, since late July I have been working behind the scenes with my team to produce our next workshop for Sept 28th. The registration campaign launches at the end of the week. Plenty of planning, meetings, and decisions have been done in the last month.
