It’s a beautiful day to be alive!
Do you know why handwriting in a journal rather than typing is a huge benefit to your creativity and well-being?
Translating thoughts and feelings to paper helps us to be more intimate with ourselves, our intuition, and our higher power. We are distracted by the surface of our lives. Writing romanticizes our life by exercising our intimacy muscle while intuitively guiding us to answers and revelations.
Handwriting allows us the beauty of examining our life more closely to tell our truth. There’s something magical about touching pen to paper that reveals more meaning in our lives. It can lead to an altered, more creative, and more emotionally fulfilling life.
3 steps to getting in the gratitude writing zone:
- After writing 5 things you are grateful for, list why you are grateful for each one.
- Consider not having these in your life. Will that shift you into the zone? Let’s say we are grateful for running water. Imagine not having that? How about your thumb? Life without it?
- Next write 5 things you are grateful for that are unseen, not manifested yet. Those are your faith statements.
Have you done your gratitude journal entry, today?
