Ep #27: Movement is medicine using coremom fitness method™ for prenatal, postpartum, pre & post menopausal women
Fun new connection in the South Bay area where I live! Join me and Fitness expert, Danielle Spangler, owner of Beach Life Fitness Boutique in Redondo Beach, as we deep dive into her journey as she built her fitness boutique the last four years and why her signature Coremom Fitness Method is her passion and a popular, much talked about approach to wellness.
She is the creator of COREmom fitness, which stands for “Corrective Obstetrical Related Exercise.” BLFB specializes in small group pilates, reformer & private training, prenatal/postpartum fitness programming, mini trampoline workouts, barre, dance based fitness and more.
Danielle explains how her intuition saved her business in the early stages of the pandemic when she was one of the first gyms in the South Bay to pivot their classes and equipment outdoors. Her classes and revenues blew wide open for a successful two years during very uncertain times. Download Beach Life Fitness app at your OS store.
