Ep #29: Between 2019-2021, her wine education & events business quadrupled in size due to following her gut, intuition, and people’s need for connection
Brianne Cohen, owner of Brianne Cohen Wine & Events, humbly says, “Between 2019-2021 my wine education and event production business QUADRUPLED in size due to following my gut and intuition during the pandemic to bring my sommelier expertise online. That’s how my Virtual Vino events were born.”
Today she hosts corporate audiences like Delta, Pinterest, TikTok, Marriott, Dell, Hotels.com, Google, and Amazon in upwards of 300 attendees online with her expertise and fun approach to learning about wine. Her niche is quite unique.
As a Los Angeles based certified sommelier, wine writer, and wine educator, she offers both in-person and virtual interactive wine tasting experiences. Brianne focuses on diverse owned wineries (i.e., Black, BIPOC – Black Indigenous People of Color, LGBT, and female).
Although she is back to producing in-person and hybrid events, her Virtual Vinos are now a staple and trademark in her expanded brand and 15-year-old events business. Join us in the conversation as she gives you the details of how all this happened.
