Ep #7: How cultivating meaningful relationships steered this company to a 10-year success
We have a duo on the podcast with us! Tony London, Owner and Chief Inspiration Officer of DJ Maestro based in Denver Co & Los Angeles, CA and Shayn Herndon, his West Coast Manager. I am delighted to share them with you because, in my experience knowing them and coaching them since January 2020, they are what I call the gentlemen’s gentlemen – they are genuine, caring, class acts, very talented, and always a joy to be with. They share stories about their high-level intuition, especially as a key DJ skill to read the room they are entertaining, but further out, it’s all about the relationships. Connecting with people brings Tony the most joy. His strong belief that relationships are the most important and fulfilling thing in life is the culture he built his 10 year old company on.
