Ep #53: How her dog and hiking healed her life and turned her into a heart-centered entrepreneur

It was the lack of fulfillment in Jamie’s former life as an IT professional that led her to turning her outdoor escape of hiking withXena into a full time business as a coach and guide. It was through the solitude of hiking and shared adventures that deepened her trust and bond with Xena and they helped each other overcome fears, gain confidence, and feel empowered.
