Ep #26: This Colombian beauty parlayed her own need for stress reduction into mindfulness training for women helping them lead more radiant and balanced lives
As a bilingual School Psychologist in the public school system, Viviana has been working with bilingual and culturally diverse children and families for seventeen years. She is passionate about helping elementary school children build self-confidence by teaching them strategies and tools to manage anxiety. She is an advocate of using mindfulness to support their social and emotional needs and optimize their learning.
She shares her own transformative story about how she chose to take the same stress-reduction skills to create mindfulness coaching helping professional women deal with stress and anxiety using journaling, mindfulness, meditation, daily affirmations, tapping, yoga and breathwork. And, a serendipity of her connecting more with her intuition and creativity this year re-opened the door to her love of painting.
