Behind every relatable brand is a compelling story connecting us with an experience filled with emotion and inspiration. I believe my collaboration with Mozzafiato is no different.
I am delighted to share with you why this classy house of heritage Italian brands, direct from the homeland, found a special place in my heart and in the spotlight collaborating with my brand platform.
I’ve always loved all things Italian for as long as I can remember. So much that I named my PR company, Capri Public Relations, after the isle of Capri on the stunning Amalfi coast, and held a long-time desire to work and live both in USA and Italy.
That desire finally became a reality in 2017 when I took the leap of faith and experienced a life changing month-long stay in Florence, Italy thanks to my business and life coach who helped me navigate this long-time dream come true.

Amy Parsons, founder of Mozzafiato, created her dream business in 2020 during the pandemic after 20 years as a practicing attorney and university executive with the CSU System.
