Still in a quiet space with no distractions, open up a new word doc.

Follow the directions in the workbook by answering each question in your own word doc. Please number each assignment by the workbook. You may want to answer the questions in increments of time rather than all at once.



Send the completed questions to Marla.

Email them to support@marladiann.com within 24 hours of your scheduled session so that Marla can prepare for you.


