When I composed the content for last week’s Visionary Creative Roundtable event almost two months ago, I found it ironic the very message I intended for the training turned out to be exactly what is being required of all of you – THOUGHT LEADERSHIP.
Lead to inspire is my aspiration for you as today’s enlightened business owner.
With these unprecedented challenges we are facing, now more than ever you are being called to step up to a NEW LEADERSHIP.
What does that mean?
- It begins with upleveling your mindset to be the leader you were meant to be. Be the light. Be the leader people look to for assurance and hope. Show up for others in ways you have not before.
- Be the visionary you are capable of being by changing the conversation online and offline to be that of what’s possible and give steps to achieve it.
- Get really creative. Be proactive. How can you build a new system in your business or pivot how you deliver your expertise? We are all moving to online versions of our offline efforts. I held out as long as I could before rescheduling my roundtable event. I made a fast Plan B and brought part of the training online by offering my clients a 2.5 hour Zoom roundtable discussion. We were all better for it and now have part 2 to complete in-person hopefully in May.
- Ask yourself how can you repurpose your talents in other ways? How can you serve humanity differently?
