I’ve been teaching the blend of masculine feminine energies and actions since 2017 as a result of my own major burnout, dysregulation of my nervous system, and disconnection from my joy, heart, creativity and intuition.
We are wired very differently.
We must consciously balance the amount of time we spend in masculine driven mode by watching for signs of shallow breathing, anxiety, rushing, and living in our head too long.
We must drop into our bodies, our hearts, our intuition while taking a deep, cleansing breath, and LEAN back to receive and stop the manic pushing mode.
